Can I recreate the Fallow corn ribs? I can now!

Love this seasoning. At the risk of being accused of being boring, the corn ribs - and the mushroom parfait - are no brainers when I manage to get to Fallow. With this seasoning I can recreate one of them at least. Now all I need to do is find a way of cutting the corn cobs easily.
